By using Immutis, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptable use
You may not use Immutis to run verifications, store matter documents, or submit identity details for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' rights, or to create malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Fair use & limits
All plans include a fair use allowance based on your subscription tier. This ensures equitable access for all customers and protects service stability.
- Reasonable use of your plan's included verifications
- No excessive automated usage, bulk data scraping, or programmatic abuse
- No attempt to circumvent API rate limits or usage tracking
- No reselling or sublicensing of the service without written consent
Accounts that exceed fair use limits may be throttled, requires upgrade to a higher plan, or subject to account review. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that create unreasonable load or abuse the service.
Usage overages
Verifications beyond your plan's monthly allowance are billed at the following rates:
- Monthly plan: £99 per additional verification
- Scale plan: £99 per additional verification
Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Overage charges are billed in arrears.
Data retention
Matter documents and call recordings are retained for 90 days, then securely deleted. Signed verification reports and verification records are retained for 7 years. You may export your data at any time during the retention period.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
Payment & billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.
- All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
- Overage charges are billed in arrears and payable within 30 days
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Account termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination:
- Your access to the service will be disabled at the end of the notice period
- You may export your data within 30 days of termination
- Data is deleted 30 days after termination unless legally required to retain
- Any outstanding fees remain payable
We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the matter documents you submit. Immutis retains ownership of the service and the underlying technology.
Liability
Immutis is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by law.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
